Abstract
Introduction: Pill induced esophagitis and gastritis is well described.
Case Report: We describe a patient who aspirated an iron pill and developed acute bronchitis with hemoptysis and localized airway obstruction.
Conclusion: We report this case in order to heighten awareness of this entity.
